I’m a huge fitness enthusiast. Exercise has become a vital part of my life – there is nothing more mind-calming to me than getting a workout in. Although I go through various phases with my workouts (running, heavy lifting, yoga, plyometrics, ect) I’m always up to trying new things and looking for ways to improve, whether it be my strength, my stamina, my flexibility – I’m game for everything. Right now, heavy weights are my workout love – but we’ll see where I go in the future!
